    It is early Friday morning and I happen to have on the Russian station where they tell the world situation the way it is and not the way they wish it were as do the local channels.  America has become a modern day Rome and we're just about to see Rome burn, ignited by our greed and bullying.  We do not need missiles protecting us from Bush's Waldo that we never found if indeed, we have our Father as our rear guard leading and guiding each person, as we in truth are the government.  America has become like a stench to the nostrils of the Lord for there is nothing He abhors more than hypocrites that He calls whited sepulchers full of dead man's bones.  God's judgments are in the air, and the same breath that destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah is about to be breathed upon our arrogant greedy nation. 

    Forever blaming, blaming, blaming - will we as a nation allow ourselves to be that lamb led to the slaughter and get crucified in our passions and our lusts so that we can live holy unto the Lord: fulfilled, content and blameless?  The clock is ticking and time will tell. Perhaps I should say, and time is no more.  For the Daystar is rising and all will have to look upon the One whom we've pierced.  For what we have done to the least of the brethren we have done unto Him.  There is not a scarier gift that He can give us than a conscience.
     
    Each day He sends opportunities that will prepare us for eternal life - times to humble ourselves, times to help those in need, times to lift burdens to help people carry their cross, and times to show compassion for the maimed and less fortunate than ourselves.  We don't need the coming of the Lord unless we are willing to do His will and give up our evil ways and all appearances of doing many wonderful things in His name.  The days of the church-going Christian and praying the Lord's prayer are over - for we are called to be the church representing Him in the earth, doing His will.
